You do understand that Squires has already agreed to take a "back seat" by selling 51% of the company., before his vision is yet to be completed..
How long to you think he would be willing to ride in that back seat, taking orders from Pasaca, being told what projects to work on by Pasaca, having pet projects ended by Pasaca before he RUNS for that back door.
Once Pasaca gains control Squire slowly become nothing more another disgruntle employee as his passions are squashed by the corporate bottom line.
