Another perfect example... ALS is another blanket term for motor degenerative states.. LLMab may have an MOA that's helpful for some of the underlying issues that cause "sporadic ALS". Unfortunately, cases involving superoxide dismutase malformation / dysfunction or other cellular mechanisms will likely be unaffected.
