This has been touched on from time to time in that either the epidemic or funds ended. This time it is different. That is why the concept of the Complete Vaccine is so appealing.
IMO, next October-November, when flu season reopens and the holiday season get in gear, we will still be wearing masks. By then weaknesses in our current vaccines (and I pray none are identified) will be better known. How many more strains of the virus will be discovered by then? Will the Complete Vaccine mitigate them? Will the Complete Vaccine serve as a booster? What kind of data will we get out of Malaysia and China?
We have obviously received several $M in funding to date, so there is no reason that the rest should not be forthcoming, although I doubt it will come as quickly as we might expect. Nonetheless, there will be adequate time and money for Antigen Express, now Ii-key to prove its value, or not. This is why we have been so patient and tolerant.
