Hey Buildit, I couldn't agree more with your p

I couldn't agree more with your post. Special thanks to you also to search through the CC transcript to find the appropriate statements made in the CC.
It is one thing to feel mislead, but it something entirely else to find the exact statements in the transcript, which I agree cannot be understood any different than you suggest. I also clearly understood during the CC that WE, THE SHAREHOLDERS, should receive a final information of the mouse testing results within the next 7-10 days. And even that is actually already delayed compared to the statements Joe made during that YouTube interview to the "Great Wize Oz" guys, where he stated that these test results should already be available end of January or the first week of Feb, which I assumed to be the reason why they scheduled the CC for the Feb. 5th date. I was willing to accept that due to whatever reasons this got delayed by yet another week or so (7-10 days), but now hearing that this will take - most likely - another SEVERAL weeks, does really upset me. Esepcially when I read from your post, that this was not just my interpretation of what I heard during the CC, but you provide clear evidence from the transcript that cannot be read in any different way than Joe clearly stating that the laboratory results will be made public to us shareholders no later than 2 weeks (10 business days) after the CC. I see this exactly the same way as you are, and understand why you are upset.
In general, I can only repeat myself from similar discussions we've had in the past, and say
ACCOUNTABILITY, ACCOUNTABILITY and once again ACCOUNTABILIY is what Joe and his management team really need.
No matter if this a promise made to a friend, co-worker or my boss, if I promise to deliver something latest within 10 business days, and then something unforseeable happens, which makes it impossible to keep my promise. The least I HAVE TO DO is to contact that person, give the reasons why it is delayed and make a new prediction as to when I will be able to deliver whatever I promised. In any case, I think that everyone involved at least deserves to be informed and an apology for the delay.
But all we typically receive from Mr. Moscato is insults. I am not really sure what he personally thinks right now, about what we discuss here, but in the past we were called idiots or stupid, because we assumed that "in the coming days" meant to receive an update or PR within at max. a week after the related announcment.
I think what we've got here is a disconnect between what we do get told about the current situation within the company and what we, as the shareholders, really want or even need to hear. A good example is the lengthy biochemstry lecture we received from Mr. Purcell during the CC, but when it finally was supposed to get interesting related to the results, we received nothing but a " you need to be a little bit more patient" message. I guess most of us shareholders would first of like to hear an executive summary, and leave details for a potential answer to a question of an interested person. And what we, as shareholders, need even more is reliability of promises made. And with that we actually need to speak "the same language" as far as "hearing about results" is concerned as well as what regularly used phrases such as "in the coming days" or "within the next 7-10 days" really mean. These should NEVER be a subject to interpretation, but 100% certainty of what is meant by them, and then kept as promised.
So, Mr. Moscato, assuming that you follow this message board as you did in the past. I can only ask you for one important thing, and that is:
PUBLISH A PR EARLY NEXT WEEK; AND UPDATE US ALL ON THE CURRENT SITUATION INCLUDING RELIABLE TIMELINES TOWARDS THE NEXT IMPORTANT MILESTONES, SUCH AS FDA APPLICATION TO START CLINICAL TRIALS, THE NEXT STEPS IN THE CHINA AFFAIRS AND IPO FOR NGIO.
Looking forward hearing from you in this regard.
Regards,
