What’s unacceptable is that Joe is acting like we’re all looney tunes because we expected an update in the time frame given to us by him. Then he drops a litany of other requirements which he never mentioned, insinuating we will need to wait for these items to clear before we get results.

We can only go on what he tells us. He told us WE would have the update in 7-10 days.
