As we all know we just need Doc to get us current.
We all hope it's any day or by the end of Q1 as Doc has stated "all on track".
For discussion purposes let's say we aren't current. I know no one wants to think about it but we have to agree it's a possibility.
I believe with the new Sec rule Doc would be forced to get us current by September 28th.
Does anyone know if there are exceptions or may be extensions given that allow companies more time to comply? Also what are the consequences if we aren't current?
TIA. I read what I could of the rule but it's long and a bit confusing at times. Lol
