The only bad news that would send the share price down? The FDA telling them that it won't approve clinical trials.
Anything else will be positive. 'Memory' would be a plus. But even if people have to get a booster annually (I already get an annual flu shot), given that it is one shot, is easy to produce and transport, and has no adverse side effects: what's not to like? It would still be a winner. It might not be the only vaccine out there but there would be a place for it.
