I believe he is advocating having testing available even at the consumer level which can be achieved at $5.
I’d buy tests for $5 and take one a couple times a week to help ensure I’m not a spreader.
Given my age, health status, and the studies I’ve read, I’m the perfect spreader and likely to be asymptomatic.
