I'm thinking that they didn't throw enough manpower at the task at hand.
CytoDyn hasn't even applied for EUA yet, apparently. It's taken weeks for J&J to even get a hearing and that's for a vaccine. Let's hope the FDA is ready to hit the ground running when we submit our data.
