Many posters have already added some detail from Mark's webinar, so this will be mostly expansions. He pre-announced that sales of PrivacyLok would start today, and has as now posted here. He said that the launch date for SafeVchat would be March 1, while implying that such an early date worries his team since it still needs some bells and whistles to be built in. He quickly added, to avoid raising 'is it really ready' suspicions, that the program works great and that they have been using it daily.
When asked about upgrading from the pink sheets, he jumped right to his goal of achieving a Nasdaq or other listing, and I think he implied that could happen within a year. He seems overconfident on this to me, so I'll just say that I surely hope I'm wrong. Maybe the unspoken part here is that another share consolidation would be needed. If so, that would be in our interest this time.
He said that he hoped the new, $5 to $10 m capital raise could be done with issuing shares. He didn't explain that further, but did imply that he was in negotiations on this now.
