From 10:51 - 3:59:16 BIEL held a .0073 or .0074 Bid Price for all but 3 seconds when it briefly dropped to .0072 .
From 3:57 - 3:59:16 2 million shares hit the .0073 Bid and dropped it to .0072.
At 3:59:53 a 30,000 share trade was executed at .007227 which gave us the 72 Close.
Retail traders are limited to 4 digits to the right of the decimal point so this was a Broker/MM move.
At the end of the day 104 million shares were classified as 'Short Volume' by FINRA.
MMs sold BIEL shares that they did not own and had not borrowed to hold it to a 73-74 trading pattern and in the last few seconds of trading dropped the SP to 72 with a 30k share sale.
