Maximum pain theory? You know, make it so bad that all but the diamond hands sell before giving the news that everyone is expecting.
They're probably in the double checking phase. We won't get results until after phase 3, the triple checking phase. Hopefully, they'll issue the news after with a phase 4 (quadruple checking) going on concurrently. Bwahaha!
