No quibbling, you're throwing out absolutes as though they're accurate. They aren't.
Is it a fact? Or does it just "appear"? Or is it a fact that it appears that way, to you?
Covids "mutation rate" is what exactly? Is there some sort of number your basing this "rate" off of? What does it appear to be, to you?
