And at the time that that trade went through at $5.65, the ask was $5.60, so it was above ask, yet it did not cause it to rise to it.
And, there was shortly prior to that a 100,000 ask that vanished as the price moved towards it. Shortly after that is when the trade you mentioned at $5.65 went through.
Just two of the many questions I have with the strange bid/ask quotes we have had on the stock recently. Always weird, but more so recently.
