LocWolf, As you can tell, I backed off for quit
Post# of 300
As you can tell, I backed off for quite a period of time to clear my mind. Not worth it to get myself all worked up. Instead, I've tried to analyze the 'goings on' in an academic or intellectual sort of way.
McGovern and team took control in 2017. Not a single thing commercialized, as I've mentioned in the past, nor even an effort. And, since simple PRIDE would tell us that the current regime should feel completely embarrassed by its ongoing failure to deliver for shareholders, I'm smelling a rat. In other words, this is a very bad group of selfish individuals who tried to take advantage for personal gain at our expense.
There have been a number of deceptive statements and outright lies on the part of the current team, so we can't put anything past them. This tells me that the intent from the beginning was to accrue a ridiculous equity stake in the company, while deliberately poking Quirk, and expecting a quick exit vis a vis a settlement with Intel. That hasn't worked out and, in the meantime, Quirk and company took advantage of the time and the issues to file suit.
Thus, it leaves us to wonder whether or not the team confidentially believes that it might not be successful with the lawsuit against Intel. And, since the timeline is extended by virtue of a likely jury trial, cash will be depleted. In other words, the team now potentially thinks more about some form of exit strategy to 'save face', and less about moving the company forward. We can't say that this is far fetched, since the company is doing nothing.
In summary, my gut tells me that the deliberate strategy is to sit quiet, on the one hand hoping the Intel issue will work out, but on the other balancing the prospect that it won't work out, and being able to tell shareholders that the Quirk lawsuit(s) prevented the team from accomplishing what it wanted. All BS.
The team is comprised of a bunch of losers, just like the previous teams. All at our expense.
