I can't fathom a reason that isn't a conspiracy theory as to why the FDA or SEC would tell CYDY to STFU.
Potential partner maybe, but only if the offer was so luscious that it wouldn't be beneficial to shareholders to get competing offers.
Realistically, all data still hasn't been entered or it has been and they are triple checking for accuracy.
