So the word on the street is that certain entities

So the word on the street is that certain entities are buying up massive amounts of shares of CE stocks recently because of the new rules implemented by the SEC. Once they have a majority of the shares they either make the stock current or put out some other info that pretty much pumps the stock. There are other penny stocks behaving just like TPAC.

I by no means have any proof of this just passing along information from other sites that might help explain what is happening. This action could be because of Bill or because of these other "entities" abusing the new rules and jacking up the price. If I hear anything else I will post, but for now it looks like this thing may be jumping to a new high this week..IMHO
