It is important to understand what these experiments in France are really about..
The experiment is a " proof of concept" not for the QMC app but to prove whether or not the Innova rapid test can provide a path to a Covid free environment at live public events.
Method used:
- special questionnaire to weed out potential contaminants that might slip though the screening process plus provide possible alternate causes if tested positive day 5 that might be related to attending the event.
- Allow to attend event if tested negative on site day of event
- fill out a specialize questionnaire day two, to determine if there might be contaminates to affect the results of the day 5 test
Such as fever, loss of taste or other Covid symptoms, which if occur within 2 day of the event were not from a contact at the event
Social contact behave after the event.
- test 5 days later to see how successful on site testing was in creating a COVID free environment.
By day 5 anyone who contacted the virus at the event should have enough viral load to test positive.
If the experiment proves it concept and its results are duplicate in other controlled experiments:
All the app does is record the results of the test. Once it is scientifically proven that a negative test results indicates you are not a spreader, than the blockchain secured app record can be used as a "non spreader passport" to allow an individual to attend public functions.
