Can I ask what hospital continues to enroll, re: your point #3. Just curious. FYI, I'm bullish, but thrive on data points.

You know, I would like to but the information was given to me by a colleague and I don’t feel at liberty to share. I realize it diminishes the credibility of the post, but it has been my experience that there are some pretty unscrupulous and vicious people that troll these boards. If you are capable of refuting their nonsense, they will do just about anything to get rid of you. Giving them any data points that might help them identify you is ill advised, so I am going to have to politely decline with apologies.
