Come the 1st of April 2021...
UNVC will either be soaring high and listed on the NASDAQ, or returning to prior lows at an extremely high rate of speed - we can only hope it's the former of the two.
The Microcap article is very interesting to me - mainly because it appears to include much of the speculated DD collected via the various boards and PM's - yet it contains no official quotes, references, or determinable facts from Univec or its board. Understandable to a degree, taking into account UNVC is still a dark non-reporting company - but in my mind, a very risky piece to publish without anything of substance or material information to back it up.
I imagine the MC piece will have a direct effect on the desirability and price of the stock next week, but in reality - in terms of actual facts - nothing has fundamentally changed since the price was at just over a penny back in December.
Please do not misinterpret my post - I'm 3+ years long, believe in UNVC and truly appreciate the substantial price increases of late - but I am very concerned that if we are not NASDAQ listed by the end of this quarter, people will rush to sell to lock in gains, or even sell wholesale to prevent or minimize losses due to buying in at the recent record prices.
At this point the destiny of this stock is all down to facts and filings, and more importantly, the date they are finally delivered.
