Typically, the sites would need their IRBs to approve the study which would require an approved protocol before the official screening could occur.
So perhaps the protocol is approved but site initiation steps are underway (IRB approval, protocol training etc.) but I doubt that any patients have beef injected yet.
I think March is probably a good expectation.
IMO
