Having NO real knowledge of the process..I took the average of 5 people on this board that I respect and trust in their knowledge and expertise... averaged out their expectations and did not consider or take into account anything other than WHOLE numbers...you are correct the math is short...but I didn't want to explain away.... half of a person...or a % of a person....seems messy...
