Hello to all !!
As we wait, not patiently at least on my part, for the CD12 results to be announced....or....NASDAQ uplisting....or.....Philippine sales.....or...how NP's mother-in-law is doing....you get the picture...lots of stuff is actually going on right now.....
Well, in this deafening vacuum of silence I decided to stir up some trouble over on Twitter. Some of you may have seen my posts on "the other board" about SEC/FDA FOIA revelations - why are those screenshots of FOIA responses being used to create suspicion about CytoDyn? Well, let me tell ya...I went digging and found some stuff not only about FOIA requests, but other goodies also...I just needed to get a bigger shovel.
Firstly, we pretty much determined that Joseph Spiegel is definitely behind the BuyersStrike website (ya..."Naddir" and "CoronaCrapper). If you're interested how we did that, check out this link and tweet. As of this evening the data is still there.

Then, we moved on to Culper Research. Some of the posters here before May 2020 will know who they are...and maybe hopefully WERE ... A similar method was able to pin a name to who publishes the hit pieces to the CulperResearch.com website. Take a gander on this.

Then, we went a little deeper....and was able to get a copy of a FDA FOIA request asking for information on CytoDyn that was made in Apr 2020. That one took a bit more explaining to delve all into all the information pulled from that. Here's the Tweet string for that:

A dog pile ensued and another toxic poster was outed - "@MidwestHedgie" here:

And more people chimed in on their vote for the next "short exposé"...
The work put into these "outings" was careful and planned - plus it continues. There is very little room for any misunderstanding of the facts. So, if you feel compelled to give a shot at who you think might be a toxic short, please do your research correctly and document your facts - it can save a lot of embarrassment.

ps. I'm not sure if anyone noticed on "the other board"....but it was suspiciously quiet today without the usual clowns tooting their horns....I think our aim hit very close to the mark.
