I lost a pnch investor who has been reading the ihub board recently and believes he has in fact invested in a stock selling scam based on what is consistently being said on ihub. I am also having more difficulty having an investor look into investing into pnch when they read the ihub board currently.
I am sorry but people and samblis may deny it all they want but i am in fact PERSONALLY WITNESSING THE LOSS OF INVESTORS AND POTENTIAL INVESTORS BECAUSE OF OUTRIGHT LIES BEING PERMITTED TO BE POSTED ON THE IHUB BOARD. This is outright stock manipulation and i would think a judge would clearly see it as clearly libel and manipulation that has and continues to affect this security.
I have already called advfn/ihub complaining about the credit card info selling and about the bashing on the pnch board of use of outright lies and libel and was just coldly rebuffed and challenged me to file a police report on the card issue and to file suit regarding the bashing issue. I was left with the impression that they feel they are too big to challenge against. Advfn was pretty snide and arrogant on the phone. Police report has been filed to recover the $700+ lost in fraudulent chargesfrom France on my credit card. And i am looking into this advfn more in depth by contacting previous plaintiffs against them.
