The numbers in this study reinforce my thinking we

SOC at 28 days:
47% leave the hospital
33% die
therefore: 20% unresolved
Treatment at 28 days:
54% leave the hospital
29% die
therefore: 17% unresolved
The number of patients unresolved at 28 days is much larger than the improvement between SOC and treatment. As Dr Javitt noted on the Dr Yo video the 28 day mortality end point is an FDA anachronism and may not be the appropriate target. Thoughts anyone?
