doing some research on inct and ownership of banana box.
originally found 1yr old articles saying they were owned by Newton celebrities out of new Zealand

all that because I wanted to know if this was a way of a partnership/merger with idea of being publicly traded company.
my conclusion is I guess they are considering #inct is publicly traded
