Maybe someone with a better memory than me can help out on this one.
I do believe that Doc has until August of this year to fully report or stop trading.
I tried looking it up this morning before heading out the door.
Time is not on his side.
He does need to be fully reporting soon regardless of PPS.
Maybe someone can post that SEC link.
