It may not matter today or tomorrow what the shorts do to the stock by buying and selling and messing with the value.
But it does matter when they make it dip below $5.00 and hurt our chances at uplisting. They have done this intentionally before to SHORT circuit our ability to uplist. Why? Why would they do this?
They drop our price below $5.00 to keep us from getting more protection as a Nasdaq stock. They don’t want us to have that protection of stop freezes at 5% drops. It is maybe a game of number that people play here every day. It seems harmless some times. But is it really? We might already have been uplisted had they the shorts have not of hammered us with lies and hit articles all the time.
For those of you that play this game and have slowed down the progress of this company. Slowed our trials because people research our drug and see all these bad articles and choose not to try our possibly life saving drug because of what they find. Do you feel good as they die from the lies the shorts have documented on internet articles that never go away? To short a stock in my opinion should be regulated much better and have way more penalties.
Cytodyn has most definitely been harmed by shorts. We most likely would of already been approved months ago had the shorts and the followers on this chat board and all chat boards that follow just to make a buck.
Myself... I have never sold a share. I see it daily here the communication of the people that short our stock for that quick dollar stolen from the people here that sell because of drops in price. Essentially stealing from the uninformed. It’s a crying shame to watch this daily. So when you say there is no harm being done and we are just making some money at other’s expense. Is that really true? No... it is not. You are preventing a life saving drug from use on what might be months of use and possibly hundreds of thousands of lives saved.
How does that “ SHORT “ dollar earned feel now? The shame of your short is without guilt I am sure. But every action has a equal reaction. Karma will get you and I will love it when it does.
Do I seem a little upset about shorts? Hell yes I am. Put them all in jail and freeze and donate their accounts that they have used for shorting.
