From Paul - I had a long conversation with management yesterday. I understand the frustration. We went over every issue.
Let's start with the 10Qs. There was a significant difference of opinion between the Company and its outside independent auditing firm regarding a key item in the 2nd quarter. This issue has been discussed and debated by various independent entities. There is a very recent resolution that allows RMHB to catch up with its 10Q filings. I do not have an exact date but they are moving forward.
News releases: I have found this new management to be very methodical, very business-like, very smart. They are not going to issue a news release for the sake of issuing a new release. Yes, they have faced down significant challenges, including COVID (I know everyone hates to hear that but it is true) and the news releases are coming.
Please remember as detailed in the Nov. 4 news release, RMHB is going to be a combination of some of the things Mr. Welch established and new directions to increase revenues.
