I don't think you trade PCTL like a normal pink sheet, you invest in the company.
If you try to play this stock like a normal pinky, you will probably be disappointed. If you track the day to day share price you will be equally disappointed.
With this one, the share price isn't going up with sensational PR's like a normal pink sheet. The company is trying to build stable, real shareholder value in a methodical way with expanding growth and revenue over time......like a normal company would. It's not being run to give you that "pink sheet pop".
The Institutional Minions are trying to portray it as a normal pinky and are pretty much failing because the normal arguments used to trash a pink sheet stock don't seem to apply to this company as a rule.
The reason you see so many bashers on this company is that the companies in the OTC that actually have a chance to be successful have to be attacked harder in order to manipulate shareholder sentiment. The naysayers are usually ignored in a company with potential, unless you have so many of them it's almost impossible to ignore them IMO.
If you like trying to find real, hidden value in a pink sheet stock, diamonds in the rough so to speak, this one may be for you IMO. Personally, that's where I find the fun playing in the OTC.
