GMIN, the reason I ask is that you seem like you have a lot of energy you want to spend bettering your investment in GNBT/NGIO.
Joe worked hard to fill (2) BODs with intelligent, experienced people and to ensure that there are plenty of Independent Board members. So since you think you have such a good case to make for replacing him now, it only makes sense to present your ideas to the BODs. If it's really that clear cut, and you could help them see a path forward in our current circumstance without Joe, I'm sure you could convince them.
If you win them over, you could come back here with your correspondence with them to try to drum up investor support.
Alternatively, you could continue to provide support for your investment by coming here and posting negatively, bashing on the stock and its management.
It's your choice, but I guess we'll know where you stand based on which path you choose.
