You'd think, but TDA is counting it as closing price...the last transaction before 4 pm was 3:59:56 at .1599 (and way to go, whoever did that LOL), which would have given us a green day. This sale at 4:04 gave us a red day. I know it doesn't matter in the big scheme of things but still...very odd. I didn't even see the .1599 register as the last before-4-pm anywhere besides on their own t/s.
