40 gets into the advertising question and 45 mentions partnerships with well known names that people wouldn't have to question which drug is the best to take.. also the inhaled hits from the outside to lung and IV from the inside out.. IMO I don't think they're worried about getting EUA they seem to be putting everything in place for NDA down the road with and for all types of ailments..
..also mention the "rest of the World" outside US CA Israel, being on Relief therapeutics.. so I wouldn't be surprised to hear about RLFTF working with other Companies worldwide.. 80-85 % profits to RLFTF
