Charting patterns IMO, are fine to consider, when there has been rather consistent info or consistent lack of info coming out on the company and/or their product and pipeline. The significance of the chart is less meaningful of course when data is released or, if data continues not to be released and sentiment takes a down turn.
Many investors are expressing concern/anxiety with the large investments we have in CYDY. But reality is, the release of data yes it's due now, but it is not really overdue, it's due, about now. And silence is good news, because bad news "must be reported" quickly to investors.
Why would release of data be held up waiting for a 42 day assessment? IMO, that is not why data has not been released. Yes, I'm expecting data and or FDA EUA at any minute......
