The Pharmaceutical Solution to Environmental Issue

IS this one of the Companies that will be part of our Conglomerate only Doc know this at this time, from all my research it's still ours and doing business in Utah.
As our population ages, more and more prescriptions are being written and filled, with more unused medications being disposed of improperly. These chemical compounds make their way into our water supply when dumped down sinks, flushed, or just plain tossed, ending up in landfills.
SimplifyRx is a Utah corporation led by a management team of experts in medicine, pharmacy, medical billing, health law, finance, logistics and marketing who together are introducing the “next generation pharmacy.”
In removing the traditional pharmacy from the equation, and placing increased control of pharmaceuticals in the hands of physicians and patients, the SimplifyRx model addresses critical issues in the delivery and disposal of pharmaceuticals, including environmental concerns, by multi-dose packaging of daily doses and recapture of unused medications using the "Zappos" model for medication return.
The SimplifyRx pharmacy team empowers patients and doctors by integrating previously disparate medical information elements with enhanced pharmacy delivery operations to achieve greater patient health and decreased system costs.
SimplifyRx brings the pharmacy window, comprehensive health history and the medication safety issues together in the doctor’s office and subsequently in the patients’ home. SimplifyRx will provide doctors with an initial prescription dispensing capability in their offices. From there, SimplifyRx will support patient refills with highly-automated home delivery while maintaining a patient-accessible archive to provide continuity of care and added safety in future doctor visits or emergency care. SimplifyRx's individualized dedicated pharmacy team will also follow up directly with patients on their medication therapies to ensure compliance and efficacy and screen for less-than-optimal interactions with other medications, OTC products and other general health issues.
THIS IS FROM ONE OF UNVC'S FILINGS.
Physician and Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (PPSI) is a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), formulary management and sampling of pharmaceutical products company. Group purchasing allows companies to get better prices by combining purchasing power. It is also important that the products being purchased are appropriate for the drug formulary that is approved.
Physicians Pharmaceutical Services considers bringing 300 jobs to Louisville

A startup company that plans to deliver prescription drugs directly to doctors’ offices and patients’ homes across the country is looking at Louisville as the site for its central fill pharmacy.
If it moves forward with those plans, Physicians Pharmaceutical Services LLC, which does business as SimplifyRx, would create 300 local jobs with an annual payroll of $29 million. The average hourly wage would be $60.
