I agree, the favorite basher verbiage include, "it seems" and "it appears to be" and "I suspect" and "it looks like" followed by a bunch of twisted logic and blah blah blah that makes no sense and is usually self contradictory or merely a distraction based upon rumor or speculation. Its the spin-masters best way of attempting to sway sentiment while also not directly making any "seemingly" false claim. 
If ever you read a post which includes those phrases, like "it appears that..", just ask yourself, "Who?", ask yourself, it "appear" to be a certain way to whom?!!! The bashers? "It seems" or "it appears that" is all a very dry and objective way to suggest a particular viewpoint or opinion, just as Judah points out in that post, but really its all just subjective opinion that is clouded in spin verbiage. Do not be fooled by the deceptive ways of the dark side. Lies, deceit, creating mistrust are their ways. Anger, fear, aggression; the dark side of the Force are they. Easily they flow, quick to join you in a fight. If once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny. Consume you it will.
