HHS rules FDA. Biden Admin needs nominee Becerra to make changes when congress oks him. Biden has a Covid committee putting his testing and vaccines program together.
Meanwhile, Biden says there are 6 companies that wii get testing business but had not named them. If Innova is the biggest, it should proportional share IMO and hoping QMCH gets the App biz. USA needs one App for all tests, not multiple. Innova/QMC deal is non-exclusive. ALL IMO.
