It's not just the idea that there would not be a replacement that would work under these circumstances.
Replacing Joe at this time would be an impossible feat with all the imperatives that he is working on right now. By the time someone got up to speed, we would be out of the game.
Joe got us to this point with much hard work and creativity. This is his ball game to win or lose. If we find ourselves in this exact same position after the testing is completed and the NGIO list is attempted, then maybe we will have to look at a change.
Anyone who posts about replacing Joe right now should take the matter up with the BOD. They will most certainly laugh at you, but at least you can say you gave it a try. Until you try that approach, posting the same "replace Joe" crap on this board is a waste of everyone's time.
This new 7-10 day wait is going to be hard. But the extra time doesn't really mean anything in the grand scheme of things. We're really in the same place we were before the call, but with a little more anxiety. So let's not let this overtime period time get filled with negativity. That won't help our situation.
