There was definitely new stuff ... for me the China detail was shocking how quickly that was moving when compared to the US marketization ... specifically the formation of an entity with employment and structure (I don't remember if Joe mentioned infrastructure). Also, China has created a organization ready to go once they get the formulation ... that will move faster because US government bureaucracy isn't involved.
