$GTVH ACCESSWIRE / January 5, 2021 / Golden Triangle Ventures, Inc. (OTC PINK:GTVH) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has declared January 15th, 2021 as the Ex-Dividend date for ownership in both Global Health Services and Lavish Entertainment anticipated Spin-Off's through 2 separate Form 10 Filings the Company will look to submit in February, subject to all required regulatory and exchange approvals being obtained.
As previously announced, the Board of Directors in Golden Triangle Ventures elected to explore the opportunity to spin off two of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Global Health Services and Lavish Entertainment. All shareholders that own the stock by January 15th, 2021, subject to regulatory and exchange approval, may receive a 1:1 dividend in each of the new entities, if and when the Form 10 filings become effective.
Global Health Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Triangle Ventures under its Health Division. The Board of Directors have elected to explore the opportunity to Spin off its Health division through a Form 10 Filing which is anticipated to be filed in February. The company currently does business in the Medical PPE space and the CBD space, and management is in the process of building an extensive online portal which will support all of the multiple verticals under the company and provide a one stop shop for all of the company products and services. In addition, management is working on acquiring an array of profitable assets and projects and many impressive additions to its senior team involved.
