I would also start your DD with gaining an overall understanding of David Dalton and his accomplishments over his long career. You won't find a CEO (especially in this cess pool of OTC) that has such an amazing work history and a history of starting new companies and making them flourish.
He is and has always been a very honorable man and is and has been out to help others. He wants to help those that will benefit from what he is putting together and he also wants to help his shareholders who have stuck by him and believed for so long. Extremely rare to find. He even has a son-n-law that although doesn't have the same blood, seems to be exactly like him in his beliefs and goals in helping others.
Because of this, many, many of us believe that what Doc is saying (although cryptic mostly so that he won't get in trouble), WILL come through. We invest because we believe in this man! Bottom line.
