Move any CYDY shares you hold to a cash account, that will absolutely and unquestionably remove their ability to lend your shares to shorts.
Regardless of what this rep says, Ohm is correct: the policy of most brokers is they do whatever they want, whenever they want with margin accts. Just because some customer service rep says it doesn't make it true.
