All OTC market top traders were busy elsewhere again today on multiple Watch List movers / reloaders particularly $INCC $GTEH $APRU $OTTV $MFST $HIPH $PRPM $SUTI $PSRU.
Highest walked down ask buy was .1350.
There was also the usual walked down ask / paint into the bid action in attempts to dupe the impatient to sell.
Overall, 108,534 shares were bought today - all in .0790 > .1350 range.
