The list of MMs on the REAL-TIME LEVEL 2 QUOTE are ticker specific and will vary in number and names from one OTC company to another. I suspect that someone(s) at Jane Street Capital tuned into Friday’s cc and saw something good. I doubt that they would have made the effort if they saw GNBT as a “looser”.
As for other posted comments. I have been involved with multinational conference calls. Some just audio, some audio/visual and some with computer interface having remote computer access control from 12 time zones from the other side of the world. It is extremely complicated involving high tech expertise. Even with our multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 company, we still relied on outside vendors for some support and transmission. What do you think Joe had available in-house? Joe probably use the same conference call vendor he has used in the past and the vendor couldn’t handle the increase call volume from a typical couple hundred to 8600 callers. I’m sure things will be correct for the next call.
If we are in GNBT for the long haul, playing a pre-teen and asking every five minutes “Are we there yet” won’t make a 500+ mile journey go any faster. And like any journey, there will be bumps in the road, red lights, traffic jams, and detours.
