FkAdamF & Evil, they don't need to ask you to lend out YOUR shares when you have a margin account. I told TD to end my margin account back in 2007 because they we're lending my shares out back then for shorts so I told them to keep my shares as my money and end my margin and they can't lend out your shares when you in a cash account - GLTU and it's great that your thinking of moving out of margin
