"With all the news now coming out or will be in the next 7 - 10 days, if we do get a complete vaccine and NGIO gets listed within the next month, what are the chances there might be a possible acquisition of NGIO in the near future?"
My point was that if an acquisition was put up to a vote, whoever controls the "Super voting preferred stock" would decide. 100,000 "Super voting preferred stock"= 3,000 votes per share *100,000 shares = 300,000,000 votes. Which means there would be more votes than shares available for NGIO.
I am long GNBT, looking forward to the results of the mice study. Enjoy the Super Bowl
