Who will have ownership of the NGIO preferred shares? Common shareholders would have very little say if any proposal came up that required their decision as the owner/s of the preferred shares would out vote them 3,000 to 1. So now there are more votes than shares. If for some reason there was a shareholder vote to approve a merger or acquisition of NGIO, the common shareholders wouldn't have a say. This may affect any potential merger or acquisition of NGIO in the future.
