The first 16 pages of google are all articles created in the past 1 day about this drug. That's a lot of hype for a phase 1 trial. We've seen this with dozens of other drugs last year. Call me a skeptic, because that's what I am. It might be Usain Bolt running the fastest 100m on record during the Boston Marathon.
But, reading through other articles, they mention other drugs got this far last year with similar results, 0% mortality in 17 patients, etc, and none made the cut.
This news may be so hot that everyone is using spray-asbestos on their walls. They can finally inhale a big sigh of relief.
