I am not able to say with any confidence what scenarios would require a quiet period. I have heard others say uplisting does (for other companies ive been invested in) but I dont know if thats true.
It could also be at the request of the FDA, or possible partnerships.
Hard to say. It could just be that there is nothing to report yet.
