On the pps, this is what I expected and would have said something yesterday but didn’t want to spook anyone. Homerbedloe alluded to it when he posted; buy on the rumor, sell on the news. Fifteen years ago I played that game, looking for penny companies on the verge of announcing the results of an IND, Phase 1/2/3/4, NDA, the results were almost always the same, except the NDA when that could actually provide an income. Sell when the news hits, even if it was good, because that would be the pps apex until the next Phase was close to being completed.
What is different with GNBT (and NGIO) is that they are not a “one trick pony” like the other small time new drug companies. I am sure that some of the day traders who sold at .60+ in the morning are even now buying back looking for the next quickie profit. But hopefully some new “long haulers” like us were added. So don’t blame the cc for today’s pps. It wouldn’t have mattered what Joe and his team said.
As for the over the top science stuff that some said took up too much time. Perhaps that was targeted to a specific audience. It was mentioned in the past that a scientific paper would be published before the “complete vaccine” was released for its support. If what you heard was correct that in the next ten days, the data will be there to move on to human testing with the FDA IND, then the this public detailed science explanation behind the vaccine study could just be a “place holder” until the “hard copy” is published (I seem to remember it was to be in June?).
As for the cc quality, since I didn’t hear it, I can’t comment.
So what is the difference between yesterday and today, absolutely nothing. Yesterday, the vaccine test results were due in 11 days, now it is 10. Yesterday the NGIO IPO was in the works, today it still is. Yesterday, NGIO was valued at 500+ million, today it still is. Etc. etc. etc.
To borrow from a religious axiom: Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld.
